OUR WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
HOW TO ORDER:
You can order through the wholesale product page below or by sending an email to kim@northwestsparks.com
WHOLESALE PRICING:
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP for all candle products, plus the cost of shipping. Succulent arrangements are offered at 20% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.
OPENING ORDERS:
A minimum order of $500 is required on opening orders. All wholesale orders can be paid 50% at the time of purchase, and 50% when orders are received. To pay 50% at purchase, you must enter the code: HalfNowHalfLater in the coupon section at checkout. By using this code you agree to pay 50% of your total cost at checkout and the additional 50% when your order is received. Once your order has been delivered, we will send you an invoice to complete your payment.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to kim@northwestsparks.com within 48 hours.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We use Square to process all of our payments, accepted methods of payment include debit and almost all major credit cards.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout depending on order total and shipping address. For local orders, free pick-up is available in the Seattle-Area.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless you have received damaged goods shipped directly from us. All damaged items must be returned within 7 days of receipt for replacement or credit. To return an item purchased from an authorized reseller, please contact them directly as they have their own specific policies.
